I offer two levels of service, and both can be seen in the pictures on this site.
THE
First
Is to grind the tree stump into wood chips and rake them flat or into a pile for you to dispose of. The wood chips are a greater volume than the original stump and there will be some chips to either rake out flat or move. Wood chips make great mulch and are easy to lose around the garden.
THE
Second
The second level of service is aimed at tree stumps in lawns. I will grind the tree stump into wood chips and remove the excess chips, ideally dispersed around you garden as this keeps the cost down to a minimum. The chips can also be placed in your green recycling bin. I will then add a layer of topsoil over the remaining chips and re-seed with grass.

This was a large Lime Tree that pushed a wall out onto a road and unfortunately, had to be felled. There was a lot of wood mass to remove in order to rebuild the wall and to restore the flowerbed.
Nice job to finish the week.
Grind, clear, top soil and seed. Just need some rain now to get the seed going before the birds eat it. Shame to lose a mature tree but disease was in the heart wood.
This was a strange stump growing out of a double skin wall filled with earth. It was not connected to the ground and the whole thing was held into the wall by a single root. Didn’t use the grinder for fear of breaking the wall, used a saw and disc cutter with a carbide blade. Hopefully killed off the remaining stump inside the wall by drilling holes, filling with herbicide and capping off with dowel.
